Jah's mighty and strong one, a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters to cleanse: he shall place on earth his hand. The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet: And the glorious beauty, which is in the head oil (ro'sh shemen: anointing oil) valley, is a fallen flower, the firstfruit of the harvest; see his Hand which will destroy (the crown of pride). In that age the LORD of hosts' crown of glory, a crown of beauty, is for the remnant of his people, it is a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.  (Isaiah 28:2-6, paraphrased)

The fallen flower:

A bruised reed (ratsats qaneh: oppressed Cannabis) shall he not break, and the smoking flax (Hemp) shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.  (Isaiah 42:3, KJV)

...is risen.

And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more. Thus (this is how) shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD.  (Ezekiel 34:29-30, KJV)

The Gardener of Eden.  His Hand is a plant; a flower; Jah's judgement and InI's crown of glory; strength... to turn the battle to the gate.

Overstand.

Love one another.
